Christmas Ale
Ingredients
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 vanilla pod, split
1 orange zest and juice
250g tropical rainforest honey (dark)
750g Sugar
1.8kg John Best Traditional English Ale tin
