12 June 09 - First bottle of elderflower champagne opened and served tonight with our supper. The bubbles are just visible in this photo, but no risk of exploding bottles here. Taste is just about right, fantastic with a homegrown salad and a few strawberries for pudding. Yum. Sarah loves it.
