Elderberry Wine
Syphoned the wine into another demijon leaving the sediment behind and topped up with water.
Tasted the wine and it was good but still had a dry finish, I am hoping it will mellow over time.
Also added 1 tsp of fermentation stopper and 1 crushed campden tablet.
