Wild Cherry Wine 2010
Three Galleons racked into Demijons. New syphoning kit worked a treat. (Still have to perfect though!) Looks like pink Grapefruit juice! Tastes like sweet cherry, and I can taste the alcohol coming through.
SG is 1020 started at 1080
calc 60 / 7.36 = 8.15%
Nicely bubbling away! Have to rack in 3 weeks!
